Manifesto

Our mission is to be catalysts of positive and sustainable change in the fashion industry.

We believe a materials revolution is coming and we support industry innovators developing the next generation of materials and circular services that enable sustainable change across the $3 trillion fashion industry.

Vision for the Future

We envision a future where clothes are cherished assets, designed for longevity and circularity. Garments are loved, cared for, shared, repaired, upcycled, and traded to extend their lifetime. When they reach their true end of life, clothes are easily collected, sorted, unassembled, recycled creating circular loops, or they return to nature as nutrients.

Materials Innovation

Next-generation and regenerative materials have a lion's share of the market, replacing polluting synthetic, petrochemical-based materials.

Natural fibres like cotton, linen, hemp, wool, silk and cashmere are grown regeneratively, restoring soil health, boosting biodiversity, sequestering carbon, and elevating animal welfare.

Man-made cellulosic materials are derived from renewable and sustainable sources, running on circular and resource-efficient processes.

Dyes and pigments are extracted from renewable, sustainable sources and waste streams, enabling full circularity. Finishing technologies are sustainable, resource-efficient, and enhance the biodegradability and circularity potential of our clothes.

Waste to Resource

Nothing goes to waste; everything is a resource. We have learned our lesson from nature. All waste resources are used to create and blend new fibres, colours, and finishing.

Digitalisation and Transparency

Every garment has a digital twin and product passport, ensuring full traceability and provenance across the supply chain. We know and appreciate the people who made our clothes. Some garments incorporate physical DNA tags or blockchain technologies to prove authenticity, enabling full transparency and traceability across the supply chain.

Digital wardrobes allow us to rent, swap, repair, upcycle, restore, and trade clothes with a single click, making it effortless to extend their lifespan.

Localised and Automated Manufacturing

Supply chains are simplified, transparent, and more localised. Manufacturing is automated and on-demand, using local supply chains, 3D printers in our homes, and sustainable materials. We only produce what people want to buy and enjoy for a long time. Unsold inventory is a problem of the past.

This is our vision for the future of fashion, and we aim to bring together innovators, investors, brands, and suppliers to build this future together.

Collaboration is key, and time is of the essence. Join us in driving the transformation towards a sustainable, circular, and transparent fashion industry.
